You always have open purchase and exchange rights for 30 days from the date you received the goods. The item should be returned in original condition in original packaging with all labels remaining. The product must be unused and not washed.

Refunds are made within 14 days of approved return and you will receive an email when we have approved the return. Refunds are made to the same account used for payment.

If you want to change color or size please notify us as soon as possible so that we can save the goods for you. Inform us via email info@cozycashmere.se. If you find any error in our product please contact us as soon as possible within 14 days. You should send the product after you get the error approved by us. All complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Act.
